Monster: Rat Swarm

This is a monster not yet in official sources, as far as I know, so I made a version. Please give feedback if I have missed something. Otherwise, feel free to use in your next session. 
RAT SWARM
Overwhelming tide of diseased vermin. Countless biting, scratching bodies carry plague and terror.
Ferocity: Normal 2/Huge 3 Size: Swarm (Normal 2x2/Huge 8x8) Movement: 10 Armor: — HP: Normal 15/Huge 35
Special Abilities:
1-2. Swirling Horror: All within the swarm or up to 6m from it suffer a FEAR attack (with Bane if swarm is huge)
3-4. Collective Attack: Drawn by blood and weakness, the swarm targets the lowest HP PC for 2D4 piercing damage
5-6. Mass Attack: All PCs within the swarm take D6 piercing damage

- Swarm Tactics: Physical weapon damage halved (fire deals normal)
- Diseased Bites: Damage victims exposed to Filth Fever (Virulence 9, see RB p.53)
