I faintly remember a handy Symbaroum book or download with a gallery of many smaller NPC portraits (on the same page), probably illustrated by Brasgalla. Could anyone help me find this? Or was it but a dream within a dream...

Hey, you are right! I also remember having seen a pdf with all the portraits (or at least "many portraits") from the campaign. It allowed to extract each portrait and use the image as a handout in VTTs, for example.

But I can't also find it anywhere among my Symbaroum folder!!
Maybe it was an extra in some GM's version of one of the books? Now I need to find it too...

In every "GM's resources" pdf of each chapter of the campaign, you can find all the NPC's portraits, ready to select them individually, copy+paste them as a jpg, and use them for tokens or handouts or whatever.

If you don´t refer to the Grip illustrations, I assume you mean the AI ones by "jmrbaptista"? They are more in the style of Brasgalla then Grip, but they work.
