Tripping as an action

The rulebook does not set exact table of available actions, so I decided that a character can try to trip the encounter instead of hitting as close combat. This action would be agility based and a successful result would fall the target to the ground. The falling does not cause damage based on the falling damage table in the rulebook. When the PC/NPC is down, I judged -2 to all physical activities.

How does this sound to you?

I'd still keep it as STR based as it is used for all close combat, unless you want to create Talent that allows a PC to substitute AGI instead of STR...

My question was based on the idea to challenge the hitting (STR) as only action in close combat situation. The Agility would work also when deciding to fight back, by dodging. You can surely do both with talents, but in my opinion, that would emphasise the strength as only winning strategy in close combat.
