hello everyone!
As I run games of forbidden lands and the stories expand more and more, I have a lot of material scattered on different sheets and it is increasingly difficult for me to keep all the information under control. I wanted to ask you how you organize the information. Do you write on sheets of paper and save them in different folders by region? do you do an excel?
Do you base yourself on drawings and improvisation? On the other hand, I wanted to ask you if you have a template to create the cities, events and pj, do you have it?
Can you share it?

Hi there!

While I haven't started my own campaign just yet, I'm making notes and preparations in a program called Obsidian. It uses markdown to format your texts and it's easy to link and refer to other things in a very fluid way while writing. You can also visualise it in a graph view, in which you're able to colour code the nodes to easily see relations between NPC's, locations and whatnot. Here's a video that talks about it in more depth and within a ttrpg context.
