Is there an encounter card deck for an OPFOR campaign?
The group is a BRDM recon unit with a Soviet lieutenant, gunner, driver, and a nurse.

No, there isn't another deck. Use the same deck and consider how the characters can interact with the encounter. Are the Russians in the encounter still on your side? Are they bandits harassing everyone? Should they be turned into NATO/Polish/Swedish troops?
