How long does it normally take for an order to ship? I placed an order last Friday (26/04) and have had no update since the initial confirmation?

If any part of the order was out of stock or on pre-order, then it will take time based on when that item is back in stock, otherwise it shouldn't take that long. Wait a couple of weekdays have passed and if you haven't heard anything by then, contact support@frialigan.se.
