do players get XP rewards after sucesfully ending a adventure ?
as a reward for fulfilling the request of the questgiver
I mean extra on top of the xp for defeating monsters, councils, journy etc.

I tend to use a combination of milestone and explicit xp. I don’t think there’s anything in the rules per se, but based on if players had good ideas or if they’re close to levelling then I’ll often bump it up. Especially for levelling as seems appropriate when the Company has completed a task…

I used to go strictly by XP at the end of the encounter. But I have gradually taken to the milestone system. It is easier to design encounters without worrying about whether there will be too much or too little XP. Now, I create the adventure with as many or as few encounters as I like, and give the level increase at the end of the adventure to prepare for the next adventure.
