In "Urban Operations" (p21) there is this intriguing sentence: "More detailed rules for long- range combat and mass battles will be included in a future expansion to Twilight: 2000". Any ideas what they might be talking about?

Next expansion (Operation Reset) will include new rules regarding large scale battles. Tomas talked a bit about that in a recent interview.
