OGL or GSL Great Dark?

First, I think it is awesome FL is offering licenses for their games.
But the Coriolis KS stated this game's license won't allow a a stand alone game and no mention of an SRD at this time, which sounds less of an Open Game License and more of a Game System License. (Mind you FL's 3pp GSL for Dragonbane is very generous and I love it.)
If one looks at the differences at the licenses and SRD support between the YZE OGL and Dragonbane 3pp license, one can see what I mean.
I still think the licensing opportunity is great but new creators, especially those coming from other OGL properties, might get confused.
And if I am the confused one, my apologies.
