I'm a total beginner to the game. I've been reading through the Core Rules and Strider Mode book as well as watching various YouTube videos to try and bring myself up to speed before trying Strider mode for myself. One thing I'm struggling to understand is how you complete Patron quests. E.g. For the Tom Bombadil/Lady Goldberry quest:
The Shadow corrupts a sacred site. What is this place, and what foul presence now taints it?
I can see how I can use the oracles to have the initial conversation with my Patron and work out where on the map I should start the quest. I think I'm also pretty comfortable in the journey phase to get from my starting area to the end of that particular journey. This is where I'm stuck though. What do I do once I get to the end of that initial journey and how do I relate it back to that quest information? If someone could provide an example of how it could potentially play out, that would be amazing.
