I didn't want to be one of those customers coming here to create a topic to check on my order, but the lack of response from my email to customer support and the "all delayed packages should have been sent" update with no news of shipment has made me nervous enough to come here and check on things.
Order FRIA151038 was made on November 25th. I emailed customer support on December 22nd. I haven't heard anything on my order at all. I understand the technical issues you all have had, so no worries there, but any update on the order would be appreciated. Thanks!
