I have sent 2 emails for status of my orders made during the November sale but it's been 2 weeks now and no reply to my status requests. It has ben almost a month since my order.

I hope there is not a big problem.

If anyone from Free League can check for me my order number is FRIA151007.

I am sorry for posting in a Forum, but I am not sure how else to contact. Also, I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issues as me and if they have advice. I am happy to be patient but would at least like an estimate of when I can expect it to be shipped.

Thank you for your response. I just saw the email you sent from 20Dec2023. I am looking forward to receiving the product and will advise here when I have it.

I've had no response either. I preordered a book back in February.

What I was referring to in my post was about ordering existing product on sale for Black Friday around Thanksgiving (US). It wasn't even a pre-order. Normally, such sales are meant to encourage one to do their Christmas shopping with a business. That idea fails when they cannot deliver the product before Christmas, of course. This was for Tales From the Loop items, which is why I posted here when I was getting zero response from emails.

With a Pre-order, I tend to expect a very long delay. I am still waiting for a pre-order that I don't expect until Feb 2024, but I am ok with that since that was the time advised. Still if your order was that long ago, that is a bit extreme. May I ask what item it was? My preorder was Blade Runner Fiery Angels.

They make great products, the best even, but man, I sure hope they improve turn around times on both communication and delivery.

I just received the majority of my Black Friday order today. Thank you!

Now I am just following up with 2 of the missing items which I am guessing are just not available right now so they sent the majority which I really needed. I will update this post when I receive the last 2 items. (which are the Tales from the Flood map and dice)
