Foundry VTT - NPC Talents Are Wrong?

Hey folks!

It seems to me that some (or all?) of the NPCs talents in the Foundry modules are a mismatch to those in the books. Sometimes it's just flat out wrong, like the Rust Brother character sheet in Foundry VTT, which has the Path of Sight, Path of Healing, Path of Death, Path of Blood and Path of Shifting Shapes set for it, all at Rank 1 instead of Path of Blood 2 and/or Path of Death 2. Other times it's just that the talents, while matching, are left at Rank 1, like the Rust Brother sheet for Haggler's Home.

Foundry Virtual Tabletop: Version 11 Stable, 11.315, game system: forbidden-lands, 11.3.6, running with the FBL modules Core Game, Book of Beasts and Raven's Purge. Can anyone confirm this or is it just an error on my side?

Sometimes, someone who knows about VTT swing by here but the best place to ask about foundry VTT is Foundry VTT discord where Free League has a channel or at Year Zero Worlds discord.
