Hey,
I've ordered the Lovecraft/Baranger books at 24th, November and I got a message at 28th, November that my order has shipped. The tracking number not working for me and the package hasn't arrived yet, so I'm a bit confused.
I contacted the support many times (via facebook, contact site e-mail) and hasn't got any answers.
Any advice, what shoud I do? Who should I contact to get an answer? I'm not sure that my order is really shipped.
