Hello. I have just ran it a question about the mystical powers and said abilities. Are Mystics supposed to purchase the ability mystical power and get the mystical power? And if so what grading do you use? The ability or the power?

The mystical power ability is just a placeholder for the mystical powers, you don't need to get both separately. So 10xp for novice, 20xp for adept and 30xp for master and then you know the mystical power.
