I am indescribably sad that this is the first module that's not adapted to both a Swedish and Polish setting.

I probably won't use it in my current campaign since it's set in Sweden and it would take a lot of work to convert it (IMHO).

Yes, the general principle for all modules except this one is that they are adaptable to multiple settings and include specific information for the two main settings Poland and Sweden. The Black Madonna however, is pretty much impossible to adapt in such a way, as it is focused on a specific religious artifact found located in Poland. That said, there are plenty of things in the module that can still be used, like the additional rules and scenario sites.

Page 69: "Piotr Zak" is armed with a Stechkin pistol. This weapon's stats are not included in Base Set, Urban Operations or the Black Madonna.

Page 11: Should "KKW 1996 Mini-Beryl" be classed as a Carbine rather than an Assault Rifle? NPC "Wiśniewski" on page 61 is armed with a "KKW 1996 Mini-Beryl carbine with four reloads and a suppressor".

Donno if it’s a typo or I’m drawing a blank on the reference, but under the Silesian Defense Force Artillery section, it says “Artillery is attached to WS units as needed.” What’s the “WS” stand for? None of the other units can be abbreviated to that.

Edit: Also, where’s Olesno? 1/116 Cav description makes it seem like it next to the north side of their AO but it’s not, and the 20th Guards Tank Division commander entry references it as well.

Under the "Towns" heading on page 14 onwards, it would be useful to have the hex coordinates for the towns, maybe in the subheadings themselves.

Page 10: Both "WIST-94" and "PM-63 RAK" have brackets around their ROF. This is repeated in the "New Polish Weapons" table on page 11. Assume this is a typo as not explained anywhere else.

P.67-8. For the Silesian Farm scenario site, you include total numbers of marauders and farmers but omit the numbers of Soviet soldiers.

Next one not a typo but what I consider to be a design issue.

You generally omit interior maps, which is problematic as most of the scenario sites are likely to include interior combat. You leave it to the referee to come up with those, which strikes me as flawed design that leaves referees with a lot of work, particularly for the Nuclear Bunker scenario site which is heavily reliant on interiors. In contrast the core Black Madonna scenario has a detailed underground structure mapped out.
