Sturdy Rule question (Davokar Awakens)

So - I am one of the maintainers of the Symbaroum System for Foundry and I'm just looking through Davokar Awakens.
The ability Sturdy states:
The monster’s Toughness is based on its Strong x 1.5.
In Davokar Awakens, on p.25 - Blight Born Wraith Owl has Strong 7, Sturdy I and have been given 15 in Toughness. Surely that should either be 11 (if rounded up) or 10 (if rounded down).
If the owl is correct, it will be a real pain to automatically take that into account (for the Foundry system) and the description of the monster trait Sturdy needs to be revised.
