Fatigue

So are you only handing out Fatigue when checking the JOURNEY EVENTS TABLE?
or do you hand out if you seem it fit for them to get some. (e.g. wandering about in the Midgewater marches?)

Midgewater marshes - extra fatigue comes from the additional journey event that location imposes as a "perilous location".

I do use fatigue in various places, sometimes as a "success with woe" or "failure with woe" option, while mainly keeping it to journeys as fatigue can be hard to get rid of during an adventure.

The difference between Endurance loss and Fatigue is tricky. If I understand it correctly, Endurance loss is being tired or in pain. Fatigue is a deeper weariness that is as much psychological as it is physical. You feel it in your bones, so to speak. Endurance can be regained by resting, but recovering from Fatigue also requires the proper environment. Reasonable security and knowing where your next meal is coming from. Peace of mind knowing you won't be attacked by enemies or soaked by rain at any moment.

This doesn't really address your question, I just thought it was interesting.

Good call Darren. Maybe use Endurance instead as you get that back by resting.

This might end up being just a bookkeeping exercise though. If you hand out Endurance loss in the middle of a journey, it will recover the next time the party rests. So unless you think they are going to get in a fight or something soon it won't do much.
