Trying to work out name in Sindarin of landmark

So I'm hashing out an idea based on Hotel California, yeah the song by the Eagles... I imagine an ancient restored lavish estate of Arnor-long after its downfall after around1969- run like an inn and orphanage for boys, but secretely taken over by a cult, hiding out a corrupted, deathless, blood-drinking lesser spirit, once a great eagle turned bat-like, in a labyrinth of caves guarded by hypnotized watchmen who won't let the heroes leave. Looking at Sindar dictionnaries I have a couple ideas for a name resembling california obviously:
Carn (red) lif (link) arn(royal) iâ (abyss)
Cail (spiked palissade or hedge) forn (northern) iâ (void/abyss)
also looking at fëar (spirits)?
Any ideas or experts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
