Tales From the Lone-Lands! New adventure book from FL

Tue 07 Mar 2023, 20:41

From FL's Twitter:
Free League today announced Tales From the Lone-Lands for the award-winning 2nd edition of The One Ring™ RPG, based on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.
The expansion includes six adventures set in the lone-lands of north-western Middle-earth.

This website (https://www.seenit.co.uk/free-league-an ... -ring-rpg/) lists the 6 adventures as:
A Troll-Hole, If Ever There Was One and Kings of Little Kingdoms are relatively self-contained adventures, but still hint at a growing danger.
Messing About In Boats involves directly one member of the Company, in an unexpected way!
Not To Strike Without Need and Wonder of the Northern World follow the slow infiltration of spies of the Enemy.
The Quest of Amon Guruthos challenges the heroes to battle an ancient evil.

Any idea who the author/s is/are?

Or at least, is this the work of one mind, or that of six different writers?
Would be awesome to have a coherent thread across the six adventures, that could be mingled and expanded with the plots and settings from Ruins of the Lost Realm.

I believe the lead writer is Gareth Hanrahan (lead writer on Ruins of the Lost Realm).

Sounds good, GH did some work on TOR1?

Either way, he's had a hand in some pretty good stuff.

Nice to see another release for this (since I've just started a pbp game.)
