So how do you rise your Standard of living? How do you go from Frugal: 0 to Common: 30?
How much treasure do you need to find to rise your living?

Check out “hoarding riches” on p73 of the core rulebook. Basically find treasure/get it as rewards, and gradually lift your standard of living.
