Hi,

When someone fall 50 meters you throw 48 dices, right? Even if you get broken you may hit 11 on the critical table and survive without problem.
My own house rule is that you throw on the critical table once for every hit over your strength (and eventual armor). You may still survive but there are probably a lot of damage to take care of.
How do you handle fall damage from extreme heights?

It never came up when we played, but I think your way is good. It is easy to use and remember.
