Apologies for suc a basic question but what happens if you would receive a 5th mutation? Page 70 says you can never have more than four and refers you to page 25 which tells you how to draw them and refers you back to 70. What I assume happens is you still suffer the permenant trauma but don’t gain a mutation,

But I could also read it as you mutate into a pile of goo and game over for that character.
