Shift/Conditions Tracker

I was wondering if anyone had created a Tracker of sorts to keep note of the Shift, Weather, other conditions for their T2K games?
Someone did a great one for forbidden lands that could be used as a visual reminder to both Referee and Players either in person or on VTT. I think it would be helpful for T2K too.

I made one for Foundry, hacked from the Forbidden Lands one. I'll see if it still works and share if so.
(it's not super polished and I rarely used it in actual practice, so ymmv)

That would be much appreciated!

Well, I checked, and it definitely stopped working at some point along the way. If you feel like hacking around in it would do you any good, here you go:

Keep in mind this was never much more than a surface level hack of the Forbidden Lands party sheet. So if you get it working it's functional for placing characters in tasks and so on, but I never updated the compendium entries, etc.

Since we are talking mainly about Foundry, I am curious OP what functions do you think are missing from the official Foundry sheet?

I wasn't necessarily thinking of Foundry, I mainly use Roll20. But, I was really just thinking of a sheet of sorts that you could just put tokens on as a visual representation of the time of day, weather and other conditions that would affect group travel and exploration.

Like, you just want a static sheet broken into areas to put tokens, which you could import as an image or pdf?

Yeah! Exactly that.
