[EDIT - I'm not sure why, but my attempts to attach are producing "The board attachment quota has been reached." This could (somehow?) be a function of my work's security software, so I will try again from home. If anybody has an insight otherwise, let me know?)]

On Sunday, I'll be running my first session of ALIEN (Chariot of the Gods). None of us has played ALIEN before, and a couple of the players haven't even seen any of the Alien films! (I'm very envious of them ... I hope I'm able to present the material in a way that makes them eager to go out and voraciously facehug the movies, books, and comics.) For my players, I made the attached summaries of both rules and setting. Some notes:
(1) The rules summary uses the house rule where extra successes dedicated to increasing damage in combat "add damage again." This feels to me more like the way weapons interacted with the beasts in the films. I'll report back on how it goes.
(2) To print in pamphlet form, be sure to (a) print both sides, and (b) flip on short edge.
(3) These are game aids only, and not intended to reduce or claim any rights.
