Never mind. I see the email address in the above post.I pre-ordered and just received the code for the PDF but the PDF is for the 5E Lord of the Rings Roleplaying Game. I didn't download it because that wouldn't be right. I didn't pay for that. Besides, I have TOR2E . What's the email address for customer support? Thanks!

Does the support web form go to that address? I have the same issue with the download code and submitted it via the support web form. I'll use the email address if that is preferred.I have seen that. Sadly I don't remember what I did to fix it. Test to download it in another webb browser or use the old interface. If that doesn't work contact [email protected]I've got the code, but it's saying that the maximum number of downloads has been reached.

So, I stand corrected, and happy to be so. There is an automation involved, however there was a couple of sequential mixups with the codes. This was shared by Tomas during the FL Update on YT just now.

Urban Operations is available for pre-order from Free League's webstore. With the pre-order comes early access to the PDF. I imagine the PDF won't be available on DriveThru to the buying public until the official release of the physical product.So, I see that some folks have UO.
