p103 Aircraft & Spacecraft
Aircraft are capable of aerial movement (page xx).
They cannot move on the ground, nor into orbit, unless
otherwise stated.
There are lots of cinematic examples of action occuring in and around aircraft on the runway in motion but not in the air.
(A commercial airliner takes ~30-45 seconds to go from full stop to wheels off the ground or about 3-7 rounds)

p105 Pooling Your Resources
Based on the costs of items, I was under the impression that the Resources rating was something like logarithmic, if not exactly that.
By pooling resources, an Expert (5) and a Public Servant (3) could by a Space Shuttle.
The lunch lady, social studies teacher, and janitor (I'd put them as 3's) could also get the shuttle without that pesky roll.
Perhaps pooling is helping (+1) not summing the total. Even then, a 3 is going to almost insignificant help to someone Privileged (6)
Also, should the Pooling Your Resources paragraph be indented?

Telekinesis lacks rules for Telekinetic Crush damage after grab. Just use the damage value of the purchased power tier and expend a quick action?
Telekinetic grabs override the attribute list for the control power category -- agility instead of reason-or-intuition-or-presence?
Neither invincible nor marvel multiverse has rules for telekinetic force-choke or internal-crush (crushing the brain or heart). M&M's closest approximation is power modifier alt-resist fortitude (+1/r), which you would want to add affects objects (another 1/r) if you wanted the move object power to still work on objects. And of course need the damaging modifier (another +1/r).
Also no rules for combat maneuvers via telekinesis (Marvel Multiverse is weak in this too). Particularly disarming people. Marvel Multiverse, injecting M&M rule pattern of substituting power rank in place of strength (which is Logic stat in marvel multiverse) works great. If do that here, use Agility? Or the stat choice advised for control powers?
Teleportation can get involved in combat maneuvers as well. Teleporting away the person without his motorcycle, or teleporting away only the motorcycle or only the devastating BFG rifle.

Also rules for simultaneous grabs / grips?
Ie, grab round 1. Separate action grab enemy #2 while holding grab on enemy #1.
Mutants & masterminds has no limit
Marvel multiverse has a global (across all powers) concentration limit equal to rank
Follow the rules for barrier - 3 for basic, 4 for major, 5 for massive, 6 for monstrous?

Immortality -- "This power heals all critical injuries (page xx) and regenerates lost body parts"
Healing time is equal to the death restoration time?
Healing of critical injuries and regeneration of lost body parts requires dying first?
If Healing of critical injuries and regeneration of lost body parts requires dying first, what power does this when not dead? Regeneration power does not explicitly mention this capability.

I just had a session using the Alpha rules last night and a few things came up over how powers work in general.
The first thing is for Summoning. It says the minions last a few minutes or until they’re broken or the summoner is broken. Does this mean that in combat, they can just continually summon minions every turn and create an army? That seems very powerful. I initially ruled that when you summoned new minions while having minions already summoned, the new ones replace the old ones but it’s not said in the power if that’s the case. Overall it’s unclear to me how Minions attacking works. It says they get their own separate attacks but that it’s recommended they attack together by helping each other giving them +1 die for each minion in the group. Is that instead of attacking separately? Helping isn’t stated to be an action at all.
Also the Boost for Super-Speed called Untouchable Speed, it states that you can take 1 stress to use your Super-Speed as an interrupt action. It doesn’t state it’s a quick interrupt action so does it use a full action, quick action, or neither? Similarly the Quick Teleport Boost for Teleportation is worded the same way.
Regeneration doesn’t currently state if it helps critical injuries heal quicker which I imagine it would. Maybe it could reduce the time needed to recover by one category. (For example: A few weeks -> a few days)
The Energy Absorption Boost for Protection says that you get an extra die for Strength, Fighting, and Agility rolls for each point of damage your Armor absorbs. Is it capped at your Armor value or can it stack until you have a chance to expend the dice? For example, if you have Armor 2 and take 4 attacks before your turn, all dealing at least 2 Damage, your armor reduces the damage by 2 for each attack. Energy Absorption gives you 2 dice since it blocked 2 damage but since it blocked damage on 4 separate instances, when it’s your turn do you have 8 extra dice?
Camouflage makes it so that if you haven’t moved, someone targeting you with an attack has to make an Intuition roll with a -3 Penalty or forfeit their action. Does it mean if you haven’t moved within the zone or simply haven’t taken any actions that require you to move like slugfest attacks?
The Sudden Strike boost for Strike says you can take 1 point of stress to make a Slugfest attack against a target within reach as a quick interrupt action but that it also doesn’t count toward your actions for the round meaning, you’d still have your quick action?
In general powers like Affliction require a successful presence roll to break free of but could otherwise last forever since there’s no duration? Characters with low Presence having a -3 Penalty until they make a successful roll sounds pretty tough and if there’s no alternative for allies to help, what happens after combat ends? Do they just keep rolling until they succeed? Durations should be listed or something should say that things like that end when you’re broken or when the person who used the power is broken. It’s clear in some powers and unclear in others.

I'd like to see a larger step between Power Levels, such as a +2 rather than +1 goind from Major to Massive, Massive to Monstrous.

Playtested over 30 hours now and have made over 40 characters by this point. A few things:
-I believe the abilities should have an updated scaling system. Give clear human limits for each ability, other than strength, which is clear. Speaking of...
-The strength/weight scale is strange. A few 1000 tons is nothing when compared to the strength feats of even Mark in the comics. Perhaps strength scale should use objects to gain a sense of strength instead. (Moving Cars, to busses, to tanks, to buildings, to mountains to planets)
-Consider offering a Gadget power, similar in function to the Sorcery power. I suppose you could reflavor it, but I feel like the boosts and limit possibilities for Gadgets earns it a spot of having its own spot.
-I believe protection would benefit from having more boosts like Impenetrable, Impervious or resolute (My own homebrew names for boosts that prevent penetration, deadly strikes and even lessen doubled slugfest damage)
Overall, these are just some ideas. I LOVEE the system.
