Is there a PSD version in English?
English is selectable as alternative language text within the .PSD, as a Layer ;)

What did you use for making the hex labels? I've been trying to find an easy solution and so far I have one Inkscape extension, but that one doesn't allow for the same kind of increments Free League uses (i.e. switching between even and odd numbers per row).

Hi
I am working on a tool to make overlay on maps

It’s available online here https://maps.pibminis.com/

It’s still in construction, but you should be able to load your image and apply a hex grid overlay on it
This allows to setup axis too for letters or number

I share some samples here

Oh hey, that looks fantastic, thanks for sharing!
Edit: loading in the map background with the link just gave the same map used in the examples i.e. https://i.ibb.co/qs1k77Q/PROVIDENCE-city.png
Edit2: going to layers and changing the URL there to one with the file-format included updated the image to the right one
Edit3: trying to select the axis menu crashes the site.

Hi !
Thanks for the feedback,
to answer your differents points :
Loading ==> EDIT:
Bug Confirmed and will be fixed soon, THANKS !
EDIT 2024-03-15 ==> FIXED
going to layers and changing the URL ==> I did not check yet, but, I think that the layers can't be changed, I mean, you can't update the image.
I need to fix this. Obviously, that is a miss.
EDIT 2024-03-15 ==> FIXED, if the URL is correct, and if the file can be loaded on the site, this should be updated

trying to select the axis menu crashes the site. ==>Axis menu ? the third one menu ? I do not have such issue yet, may I ask which browser are you using ? and can you share the background image you were using, grid size, and grid format (square/vertical or horizotal hex) ?
(even in PM message).
EDIT 2024-03-15 ==> I was not able yet to catch the issue.

Thanks again for your feedback, and I will post an update soon to fix or improve these points.

Hello! Is it possible to fork your map and edit? To decrease hex size, change locations labels?

Hello,

For my game we wanted the Ravenlands to be bigger, so I modified the map so that the 10km hexes are half the size, which effectively doubles the size of the map. I went ahead and shrunk most of the map marker icons for towns and adventure sites so that they better fit into the smaller hexes, I may have made a few minor adjustments to their placements as well so that they wouldn't sit on any of the hex lines.

Good work! How do you decrease hexes size? Are they drawn with some algorithm?
