Just check update 26. It has got the links to both English and Swedish versions.

The link to the alpha is in the latest kickstarter update (update #26). If you are a late pledger, then you can't see that update. In that case, contact [email protected] and they will fix this.

But beware that it is a holiday so it may take a little bit longer before they answer.

Only backers can see the update. Non-backers can only see the text "Backers Only".

Regarding this, late pledgers can't see that update either, since they are technically only pledgers, not backes (they didn't back while the kickstarter was open). So, that's the reason why those late pledgers have to contact FL directly and get the links that way.

It's not about jealousy, but security. If someone copys the link to a forum or something else, everybody could download it free. If they use DrivethruRPG for example, the pdf would contain the name of the original owner.

Like the resource rules, but think that the capital has much more impact than the possible one or two succeses when starting the Mission. But the PCs shouldn't go on a full-packed fantasy murder hobo dungeon crawl anyway, right?

It is not especially hard to crack a 'secured' pdf if someone really wants to. FL have used dropbox links for alpha-rules in all the FL kickstarters that I have backed (and I have backed a lot of FLs kickstarters). They didn't for the Alien RPG, but that game wasn't a kickstarter game.

When it comes to the Resource rules, I really like it. It is influenced heavily on the system FL used in their game Svavelvinter. What I miss is some kind of a consequence if you don't manage to get enough successes in the Resource Value roll. In Svavelvinter, if you fail the roll you temporary loose one Resource Value point. So I would like to see something similar here. So if you have a Resource Value of 3 and you are (trying to) buying something that 'cost' one success but with your three dice you didn't get any success, your Resource Value will be 2 for the rest of the mystery.

I agree with Fenhorn here. That resource rule should be there, both as a consequence and as good for the (characters) story.

Not sure... Imagine a hunter with RES 3. Why should I risk loosing my whole capital, if the chance is nearly 60%.

Resources are unpushable, right?
