Thank you! It was fun to put together! I've got a few things I might play around with to improve it. 

Currently, though it works the same way as it would if you were to roll one up (including all the modifiers automatically applied.) Also, the population generator should not generate the same factions (it happens sometimes with the consortium because two numbers can end with that result).
