I'm having a fair bit of trouble with an order I made on Free League's store. I wrote them two times about it on the form present on their website and I wrote them on Instagram, all this in the span of 3 weeks, without any kind of answer. Does anybody here know how to get in touch with customer assistance?

Hello, I have bought the limited edition version of the Alien RPG and GM screen but I recently received an email from Evri that my package has been destroyed beyond repair. I also believe I agreed to receiving the stretch goal rewards and evri had just told me it had been damaged beyond repair. Could you please send me another copy with the GM screen and rewards.
