Has anyone gotten this? I've never bought anything on D&D Beyond but it looks like the table of contents is available even if you haven't bought it. Is this mainly a fluff/backstory book given the name or does it also have rules there for Symbaroum specific things like corruption as well as the unique classes, monsters, and spells in the setting? Are any rules incorporated into the character creation system on beyond? It seems relatively light in that regard but I can't really tell for sure just from the Table of Contents though so figured I'd ask here.

if you follow the link, even without purchasing the "book", you can see the contents page.
That's not the contents page of any of the Free League books, so it's clearly not a 1:1 transcription.
Section 1 has a heading "Folks", listing Changelings, Dwarves, Elves, Goblins, Humans, Ogres - but not Trolls or Undead.
Section 2 has a heading "New Rules"
Section 3 Travelling In Davokar has several headings that look rules-ish, like Movement and Events and Treasures. Most of the Headings look either like Gazeteer places, or specifically, the names of some of the adventures in the FL
World Of Symbaroum book
But I have to say, unless "New Rules" hides an awful lot of sub-headings, .
So ? mostly fluff ? The RoS Classes, Feats, and Spells don't look to be listed.
