Hi, Is this a starter set for Outgunned, with introductory rules?

This game is very new so I had to do some research, but here it goes.

Outgunned Core rulebook is the main rulebook for the game.
Outgunned Adventure: Is a genre book to Outgunned. You can use it as a standalone or as an expansion to Outgunned.

Mission dossiers are mini cinematic campaigns. They contain everything you need to play, regarding pregens and handouts and setting. You still need either the Outgunned Core rulebook in order to play it or the Outgunned Quickstart (or Outgunned Adventure rulebook or the Outgunned Adventure Quickstart for Adventure mission dossiers). The quickstart rules is a free PDF and can be found on DTRPG.
Mission Dossier: Project Medusa uses the Outgunned Core rules while Fall of Atlantis uses the Outgunned Adventure rules.

Action Flicks and Action Flicks 2 are mini expansions for Outgunned (a collection of ideas tips and tools).

World of Killers is a large setting expansion for Outgunned Core rules.
