To me, Weathermaster doesn't fit well with the healing thematic of the tree so I'm planning on replacing it with something else; any suggestions?

You can find alternatives in Reforged Power (drivethrurpg), I wrote it, you can just check the preview or download it for free. I moved the Weathermaster spell to a new Nature discipline. And came up with some alternative spells for Weathermaster in the Healing domain. See pages 118-121.
