I'd like to know what to do with a Zone token in a moment when it's drawn after the last activated model was taken out or left the playing field?

A scenario ends when all the models have (one way or the other) left the map, which means that there are no models that can be affected by a zone card.

If a model affected by a Zone card has just left the battlefield, the model that was activated before it is affected instead.
