Burrowing Mutation

Wed 11 Sep 2024, 09:39

And I’m back with another one.

When using the Burrowing mutation to charge another model, can the burrowing/charging model surface anywhere around the model they are charging?

This would mean that they are changing the direction they are facing from their starting position.

You are not allowed to turn during a charge, that still applies. Certain move mutations like Burrower will help you move, passing obstructions, buildings, etc., which otherwise wouldn't be allowed during a charge

Alright, but what if I use 3 m-points. In that case, I can do 2 long moves (based on rules of sprint) and 1 Charge, right?

Charge and Sprint are two different actions. If you do a Charge, your move, powered by a mutation or not, needs to follow the rules of the charge, meaning it needs to be horizontally and it needs to be straight.

Alright, so my example is wrong and I need to choose at the beginning of the action if this will be sprint or charge and if I choose charge than needs to be straight line from the beginning of the move. Right?
