Is it possible for a sorcerer to learn druid spell talents? For example, a sorcerer with the shapeshifting talent.

RAW, no, the three profession talents are unique for each profession.

RAW not, but the (unofficial) Reforged Power rules supplement, which offers a lot of modular rule alternatives and expands, among others, Talents and Spells to Rank 5. The book also offers a simple guideline to incorporate multi-classing (N)PCs, which includes the option to add Druid Talents/spells to a Sorcerer, et v.v.. It's primarily intended for advanced gameplay, way beyond 100XP, when players start to question on what they should spend their XP on. Since the WP limit remains at 10 this works surprisingly well, at least at our table - we have an NPC nemesis who (most probably, no GM info has leaked so far) has both Druid and Sorcerer Paths.
