This isn't an editing error or game mechanics thing, but just something that stood out for me, minor however it may be.
On p.18, in the section on "The Gardens of the West", it mentions a shrine with nine columns, each one in the likeness of one of the Guardians of the World. Now, if this referring to the Aratar, the High Ones of Arda, then nine would consist of Manwe, Varda, Ulmo, Yavanna, Aule, Mandos, Nienna, Orome, and... Melkor.
Would the Elves have really put up a column for Morgoth?
