On Page 141 there is a reference to a Lamia and Handout 3D - but there is no such handout - either in the book or in the handout packet you can purchase. Thoughts of what should be there?

I'm running this at the moment too, and Handout 3D doesn't exist. I get the feeling that that particular mystery was pared down before publication.

I have pinged FL about this.
