Got two questions about moon elves:

1) Why does Vinhelm Kaal has the Inner Peace talent (p.90), but the typical moon elf don't (p. 127)? A typo maybe?

2) Do all moon elves look like Vinhelm Kaal - like chubby shorties - or are they more alike their ruby-hearted cousins?

1) Simple NPCs and especially generic NPCs doesn't have their kin talent or even profession talent written out in any book, only important NPCs does. The reason for this may be, since the GM should be restrictive when using kin and profession talents against the PCs (those talents can be very powerful), only doing so when it is "dramatically appropriate", but also to save space. If you as the GM still wants to use them, even for simple or generic NPCs, yes technically all elves have Inner Peace and all humans have Adaptive, etc.

2) The only thing I know about moon elves appearance is that they have pale, bluish skin with white hair. What individual moon elves look like can vary as much as humans can vary in appearance or dwarves or any other kin.
