What changed from Alpha to the final version? Just the images or were there changes to the text? Does anyone know?

Is the new Moria book available on DriveThru for the general public or is it up only for backers? I can't find it on DriveThru.

It has not been released yet. Kickstarter backers have got PDFs, but the rest of the world would have to wait until the product is released, which will happen soon after the backes have got it.

So for those of you have seen it, how game-able is this? Is this something you're excited to put into your TOR game or do you look at it more as an example of a setting that you can use for inspiration, as a campaign example, etc?

I’m already extracting images & making tokens for my Roll20 art library. Then I’ll create Adversary character sheets with tokens in my TOR2e Library game. I expect to use the Doors of Durin location before anything else, because I have Elf & Dwarf scholars in my current game.
