Otherwise I can just write some system neutral fantasy adventures and add-ons for Dragonbane. I'm exploring options right now.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
You can absolutely set your material in any other place than Misty Vale. Examples of third party publishers doing that is e.g. Windheim (available in Swedish and English) and Ereb Altor (available in Swedish).I'm thinking about writing a module/supplement for Dragonbane. My question is: Does it have to be set in Misty Vale (the setting in the Dragonbane Boxed Set) OR can it be in any original non-trademarked IP setting? I'm considering creating my own campaign world for Dragonbane because I love the system and the characters, but I want to crank the magic up a bit. I'm planning to publish using the Dragonbane Open License, but I don't want to run afoul of Free League.
Otherwise I can just write some system neutral fantasy adventures and add-ons for Dragonbane. I'm exploring options right now.
