It's almost certainly in print now. 2nd printing went quietly through, so no reason why 3rd wouldn't either. However, they'll almost certainly be offloading their 2nd printing stock first, so who knows when they'll end up in people's hands, or when it'll be guaranteed that you'll get 3rd rather than 2nd.
On the page immediately preceding the contents page, there is a note declaring it 3rd printing. 1st and 2nd printings lack any similar identifying note, so that's how you know it's 3rd. Of course, alternatively, you could check one of the errata.
