I seek help for the order mentioned above. Here is a little chronology:
- 23rd November '23: Order placed
- 3rd January '24: I send an inquiry to Free League Support when my order will ship and what is causing the delay
- 3rd January '24: Answer by support: Not every item is in stock in EU warehouse (they were when ordered, at least they were shown so to be on the webstore)
- 4th January '24: I reply and state what my preferred solution is
- 16th January '24: I ask about my order again
I still have not received an answer to my attempt to settle things. Sadly this is not the only example of what became of the customer service experience Free League provided in the past. I hope there will come a time soon when you are back at your game concerning your former exemplary customer support.
