I'd like an update on this order. This order was placed on November 24th, 2023 and I've had mixed luck when emailing support.
On January 9th, I received an email saying part of my order was out of stock but would be restocked on that same day, January 9th. On January 11th, I received another email saying the item would now be restocked on January 12th. I've had no updates since then.
Please assist, as this entire process is pretty frustrating. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
