I haven’t received mine yet, and am in the US. I got the email about it being available now, which made me check. I emailed support about it.

I preordered mine along with the rest of the Tales from the Loop books, and haven't gotten it yet; I'm located in Austria.
So I guess they are just busy.

I preordered back in February according to my records. Reached out to support when I saw the physical copy was available in the shop, but it's been a week and I've had no response from them beyond an automated one. Hopefully they're just busy.
All this machine does is draw and write and make little comics, that's all.
