Do they have a cost to learn them? If yes, where can I find it listed? And if not, is "MYSTIC POWERS" 1 point enough?
How much are the one below?
""Mystic Powers" are a separate category of gifts. In order to learn them, a character must have a skill level of at least 1 in the Mystic Powers skill."
Other than that, what is their cost? It comes back strange to me that they are priceless....

See p 68 of the rulebook. They’re Talents and cost the same as any other Talent (5xp). You just need to have a Mystic Powers skill of 1 to purchase them (p 77).

You’d need to have 1 level in the Mystic Powers skill (5xp after character creation) before you can get a Mystic Powers Talent) (also 5xp after character creation). Once you have the skill, you can keep purchasing Mystic Power Talents at 5xp each.
