So some lucky folks have got notification that their dead tree versions are out for delivery. I've even seen a few pictures of the book and it looks as good as the rest of the stuff we've had. What I'm curious about is the quick turnaround for the print and release considering the corrections required from the original pdf and the fact that a version 1.1 pdf hasn't made its way to us yet. Any updates would be appreciated.
