Player's manual 2?
Just reading my way through Urban Operations. I noted that. Unlike the core set, the player facing material (like character archetypes and extra rules) and the material for the referee's eyes only are in the same book. Is there any mileage in publishing a Player's Handbook 2 at some point - perhaps inorporating the rules from Urban Operations and Hostile Waters and other planned rules expansions?
