Some of the things listed below may not actually be errors but intentional design or stylistic choices.
RANDOM LOCATIONS (p. 140-144)
14 "spray--painted" double hyphen
14 "Decrepit building" but 46 "High-Rise Building" (inconsistent capitalization)
41 "Green House" instead of "Greenhouse"
42 "cutt--ing" double hyphen
61 "post--outbreak" double hyphen
63 "Petrol Station" British English; only use of "petrol" in the book, "gas" or "gasoline" everywhere else
64 "3–4: An abandoned outpost..." Looks like the 3-4 should be removed?
NPC ISSUES (p. 145)
32 Religious
I feel like "Zealot" or something similar would make sense, but "Religious" seems odd considering one of the archetypes is "Preacher"
45 Deaf
Obviously, the sensitivty reader would know infinitely better than me whether this is acceptable or not. But feel like it could be considered insensitive to list as an Issue, especially the way they are described earlier in the book. If nothing else, it also sticks out because every single other entry in the table is a mental/emotional attribute, not something physical.
NPC SECRET ISSUES (p. 146)
13 "Drug-addict" Every other place in the book doesn't use a hyphen for "drug addict."
33 & 61 both "Thief"
SCAVENGING (p. 147-149)
211 & 216 & 254 "Canned goods, baked beans (one ration)" As pengjenz pointed out, 211 and 216 are duplicates; seems 254 is as well
251 "Water bottle and two rusks" British English (or at least very rare in American English)
253 "Bag of crisps" British English (compare to 321 "Box with twenty bags of chips")
